h (stred x) = 1
k (stred y) = -0.5
r = 2
(x1)2+(y(0.5))2=22=4(x-1)^2+(y-(-0.5))^2=2^2=4

The circle equation (x-h)²+(y-k)²=r² says: every point (x,y) is at distance r from center (h,k). It's the Pythagorean theorem in disguise.
