Leap year

Task

A year is a leap year if it is divisible by 4 but not by 100 - except years divisible by 400, which are leap years. So 2024 and 2000 are leap years, 2023 and 1900 are not.

The program reads a year and prints priestupny (leap) or nepriestupny (not leap).
