Parking fee
Task
At a car park the first hour is free. Every further started hour costs 1.50 €, but a whole stay costs at most 12 €. The program reads the parking time in minutes (a whole number from 0 to 1440) and prints the price with two decimal places.
Examples: 60 minutes cost 0.00, 61 minutes 1.50 (a second hour has started), 121 minutes 3.00 and 10 hours 12.00.
