The largest item of a matrix
Task
The program reads the number of rows r and then r rows of whole numbers separated by spaces. It prints the largest item of the matrix and its position (row and column, numbered from 0):
If the largest item occurs more than once, it prints the position of its first occurrence when reading row by row, left to right.
